The Annual Club Report is due to your Area Director by June 1st at the latest.

The Annual Club Report is an assessment of your Club's activities for the year. District awards are given in recognition to the most outstanding clubs which best exemplify the ideals, mission, and objectives of Zonta International during the past year. The report must be completed by the club's outgoing president and board. It should be submitted to your District 11 Area Director by June 1, 2018.

As you will see the changes are fairly minor, but we want you to thoroughly understand the form & the purpose. As noted, the annual report should be a good record of the activities and accomplishments of your club for this year, and be written in a manner for someone unfamiliar with them.
