The Annual Club Report is due to your Area Director by June 1st at the latest.
The Annual Club Report is an assessment of your Club's activities for the year. The Governor's Trophy is given in recognition to the most outstanding Club which best exemplifies the ideals, mission, and objectives of Zonta International during the past year. It should be completed by the club's outgoing board and submitted to your District 11 Area Director by the outgoing president by June 1, 2016.
As you will see the changes are fairly minor, but we want you to thoroughly understand the form & the purpose. As noted, the annual report should be a good record of the activities and accomplishments of your club for this year, and be written in a manner for someone unfamiliar with them.
The form, score sheet & timeline are also posted here. While the score sheet is necessary for the board that will be scoring these reports, you are welcome to review it. Similarly with the timeline, it is primarily relevant to the board.
